The High-Strength Macro Synthetic Fiber Four-Strand is an exceptional concrete reinforcement material crafted from an eco-friendly blend of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance and durability. Its unique structure consists of four 0.2mm-diameter high-strength monofilaments twisted together, which naturally disperse into four individual strands during concrete mixing, significantly increasing fiber count for enhanced control over micro-cracks. The surface features a distinctive embossed design, further improving bonding with concrete and enhancing structural stability. With a tensile strength exceeding 600 MPa, an elastic modulus >10 GPa, and an elongation at break <8%, it delivers superior toughness and crack resistance.
Additionally, it offers a 2-hour fire rating, fatigue resistance, and impact resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications such as industrial flooring, precast concrete, and shotcrete.
