How do we process your order? Take the first step—let us become your preferred partner for engineered fibers!
Step 1: Product Recommendation
Based on your project or product requirements (e.g., tensile strength, elastic modulus, application), we recommend suitable engineering fiber products (e.g., high-strength fiber >580 MPa, UHPC fiber, or recycled fiber >400 MPa), providing detailed reasons, including performance metrics (tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break) and relevant cases (e.g., municipal roads, tunnel segments), ensuring alignment with your needs.
Step 2: Sample Delivery
After initial communication via phone, email, or online to build trust, provide your delivery address, and we’ll send free samples (5kg minimum) for testing. You can personally verify the fiber’s performance to meet your engineering standards.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
Upon sample approval, we create a WhatsApp group with our sales manager and draft an order specification sheet. Both parties confirm product specifications (e.g., tensile strength, elastic modulus), pricing, payment terms, production timeline, packaging (custom logo options), shipping methods, and other details for accuracy.
Step 4: Production & Progress Updates
Once the order is confirmed and the deposit is paid, production begins. We provide daily progress updates via photos or videos, ensuring transparency and keeping you informed about the product’s production status.
Step 5: Final Inspection
3-5 days before order completion, we notify you for a final inspection and provide a report confirming production quantity, specifications, and packaging align with your order, ensuring quality compliance.
Step 6: Loading & Delivery
After completion, we share loading photos and videos, showcasing packaging and shipping details for full transparency. Upon delivery, we offer ongoing technical support to ensure your satisfaction.
