After-sales service
Introduction
We offer high-performance engineering fiber products (including high-strength macro synthetic fiber, UHPC-specific modified fiber, recycled macro synthetic fiber, etc.), serving as auxiliary materials to enhance concrete performance in civil engineering, municipal projects (e.g., roads, bridges), and tunnel engineering. Fiber performance depends on concrete mix design, batching plant conditions, construction processes, curing practices, and weather variations. Our after-sales service prioritizes transparency and professionalism, focusing on sample support, construction guidance, and logistics assurance to ensure seamless project execution. Below is our after-sales service process.
After-Sales Service ProcessStep
Step 1: Sample Support
Before ordering, based on your project needs (e.g., tensile strength >400 MPa or >580 MPa, elastic modulus >5 GPa or >10 GPa), we provide free samples (5kg minimum) for testing. Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss requirements and verify fiber suitability.
Step 2: Solution Provision
Prior to order confirmation, we offer tailored solutions, including fiber selection advice, mix design optimization, and application case studies (e.g., municipal roads, UHPC structures), helping you align fibers with concrete and construction conditions to maximize auxiliary performance.
Step 3: Construction Guidance
During construction, we provide technical guidance via WhatsApp group or email, covering fiber dosage, mixing recommendations, and construction tips (e.g., avoiding over-vibration) to ensure uniform fiber dispersion and enhanced crack resistance. Guidance is based on your project conditions, not quality guarantees.
Step 4: Logistics Assurance
If incorrect products are shipped (e.g., wrong specifications or quantity), we offer free returns or replacements within 7 days, covering shipping costs. We provide loading photos and videos before shipment to ensure logistics transparency.
Step 5: Feedback & Communication
We welcome feedback on fiber performance (e.g., construction outcomes, mix adjustments) via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Due to multiple variables affecting concrete cracking (e.g., concrete mix design, batching plant conditions, construction processes, curing practices, weather variations), we cannot diagnose or resolve such issues but offer ongoing consulting support to optimize fiber application.
Step 6: Ongoing Partnership
We conduct regular follow-ups to gather feedback and refine fiber products and guidance, ensuring better performance in your projects (e.g., bridges, tunnel linings) and fostering long-term collaboration.
